– a large living area on the ground floor comprising a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a sofa, a flat-screen TV, an Ethernet socket and free Wi-Fi. It is also equipped with a washing machine, a clothes airer, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and iron.
– a shower room and separate WC including a shower, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer (shampoo/shower gel provided).
– 2 bedrooms upstairs (one with 2 beds: 140×190 and 90×190, and one with a single bed: 140×190)
The upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned, unlike the ground floor which, thanks to the thick walls of this period property, benefits from natural coolness.
The gîte is adjoined to the guest house but is fully independent from the rest of the property. It has its own private entrance and a 60m² courtyard with shrub screening, furnished with a garden table, a parasol and chairs.
The courtyard provides parking for one car.
This property is not specifically equipped for guests with disabilities (mobility, hearing, visual or cognitive).

Down payment: 50% on booking, balance payable on arrival
Cancellation: free of charge up to 14 days before the stay. Down payment retained in the event of cancellation 14 days or fewer in advance, by email or post.
