I never had the chance to know him. It is a house that then belonged to my grandmother Suzanne, who watched my mother and my aunt grow up here in the 1950s and 60s, and where I have many memories from my childhood and teenage years.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">In 2020, following my grandmother&rsquo;s passing, and while I was reflecting deeply on my professional future, I decided to buy the house from her daughters (my mother and her sister) and renovate it in my turn.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">I chose to leave the Paris region and my job (learning and development manager at a training centre) to retrain and move into running a g\u00eete and bed &amp;
